PRIORITY CHANGE
 

Make column headers match layout below:
- nowrap attribute added to all header cells
- 'Sort by' precedes header title
- Header title link is now bolded
- Any header that a list is sorted by now has a darker bgcolor. The text is changed to 'Sorted by' and is bolded and unlinked.
  TABS:
- Change inactive tab colors to #E2E7E7
- Remove "Earnings Center" header
- Remove use of double arrow to signify selected tab
- remove the first tab... should only have two tabs - who you trust and who trusts you
  LIST ITEMS: Change list items to match
- Bold rank numbers
- Bold name
- decrease size of "Location: City, State"
