Pelago
Pelago is a small seven person startup in Seattle focused on building a hybrid web and mobile experience to provide local services to their customers. I consulted with them last year on the project. I helped to define personas and high-level flows for the web and mobile applications. The opportunity also gave me some mobile design experience.

Personas
The personas were developed from people that I knew, because that's all I had to go on with a low budget and very little time.
Scenarios
The scenarios developed out of my own understanding of local services and social planning - along with some scenarios that were developed at Pelago before I arrived. I supplemented the scenarios with application and mobile flows.
