Hotwire Customer Care Application
This was a huge project we undertook in 2002. The audience was our internal customer service reps and the main goal was to reduce call time. A strategy from the UI standpoint was to present a lot of information to the rep - as opposed for them having to look for it in multiple areas - to reduce the number of clicks and hopefully reduce call time.
